The Room
Selected episodes from the television series of the same name. Each program focused on a text from the canonical Jewish-Hebrew-Israeli bookcase; for each program, Dr. Ruth Calderon was joined by two specially-selected guests for a joint study of texts that are building blocks of Hebrew culture. The program presented shared study as a mode of textual examination that is suitable for every student, and canonical texts of Hebrew culture as accessible and a source for fruitful discussion on fundamental questions about the Israeli experience and culture.
